Hands-on experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through a combination of exercise therapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation strategies.

Working in a gym environment, I often witnessed people experiencing injuries due to poor technique, lack of guidance, or underlying physical conditions. This motivated me to deepen my knowledge and pursue a career in osteopathy. My passion lies in helping individuals recover, prevent injuries, and optimise their movement through a holistic and evidence-based approach.

I specialise in structural and sports osteopathy, emphasising the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and structural imbalances that may predispose individuals to injury. My approach combines advanced hands-on techniques, targeted rehabilitation exercises, and personalised treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs, fostering long-term health, recovery, and optimal physical performance.

Beyond my professional career, I have a deep passion for music and sports. I have been playing the drums for over 15 years, and my love for music often takes me to different cities on weekends to perform live. When I’m not traveling for music, I enjoy bodybuilding and following football, both as a spectator and an active participant. My downtime is spent at home with my fiancée and our dog, Hazel, exploring different parks most weekends.
