  • Our admin team. This will be limited to your contact details. They will not have access to your medical notes.

Your information is securely stored:

  • On our electronic medical records service, JaneApp. JaneApp is fully compliant with GDPR. You can see their privacy policy here.
  • All computers are locked by passwords.
  • Any paper notes will be stored at 11 Woodlands Park, Bexley, DA5 2EN in a locked filing cabinet.
