My main areas of interest are sports injuries, musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I have a special interest in Pilates-based rehabilitation, exercise therapy, manual therapy, and cupping therapy, using a combination of evidence-based approaches to support long-term recovery, optimise performance, and improve overall wellbeing.
I have a strong interest in sports, exercise, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Outside of physiotherapy, I enjoy playing badminton, swimming, practising Pilates, travelling, and exploring creative activities such as sketching
