Bertie Elles

I graduated from the Masters Physiotherapy program at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017. Prior to that, in 2007 I obtained a BSc in Applied Sports Science from Edinburgh University.Since qualifying I have worked both privately and for the NHS specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have gained experience in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions in a broad range of patients – from young athletes to elderly adults.

To assist patients in achieving their best I typically uses a combination of education of injury, exercise therapy, soft tissue massage, dry needling and joint mobilisations.Most recently I have specialised in running assessments and rehabilitation for running related issues, be it performance or injury.
