I have been with Aleena Jose of Apollo Clinics Bexley since 7th November 2024. I was diagnosed with Abdominus Diastasis Recti due to many years of heavy weight training. My experience with Aleena is that she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and listens when I have a concern to raise about my condition. So happy to have found her and Apollo Clinics. I’m already seeing small improvements but realistically need to focus on 6 months or so before major improvements occur.
